TLC homes are places where lives are transformed and life itself is celebrated.

In our eleven homes, individuals are encouraged to actively participate in a family style environment where caregivers and residents alike work together in setting the table, making the bed and folding the laundry.

A unique circle of support surrounds each resident helping to implement an individualized program plan developed by an Interdisciplinary Team of health professionals and therapists.

By contributing to their own growth and the well being of others, the self-esteem of our residents blossoms and their world begins brimming with opportunities.
